Powder coating is a very fast surface treatment method that doesn’t require drying time between steps. Our automated line speeds up the painting process even further, so the product is typically ready within a couple of hours. The delivery time for products is just 5 days (completion time is calculated from the product’s arrival and recorded intake).

Powder coating is suitable for steel and aluminum surfaces, and in our experienced hands, your products will receive excellent wear resistance and a clean finish, with any color tone available, including special paints.

A powder-coated surface protects the component from rust, scratches, and weather-related damage. Our pretreatment process carried out before painting improves corrosion resistance on its own and ensures a good adhesion surface for painting.
