Assembly Streamlines Logistics and Improves Quality
Performing assembly at our production facility in Vimpeli significantly shortens the turnaround time of your products. Turnaround is reduced by approximately 1–3 days when the need for product transfers and repackaging is removed from the logistics chain. At the same time, the consumption of packaging materials decreases and consistency improves.
On the assembly line, we can carry out the following for you:
- Screw-based assembly: handles, hinges, mounting brackets, etc.
- Rivet assembly: sign installation, sheet attachment, frame mounts, moldings, etc.
- Installation of rivet nuts
- Application of product labels (barcodes, product tags, warning signs, etc.)
- Simple assembly tasks
Versatile Packaging Options with Environmental Consideration
We pack and protect products using the pallets or packaging they arrive in. Upon request, we can also pack products in cardboard boxes or plastic bags using protective materials that ensure safe transportation.
Products can also be packed directly into your company’s branded packaging, and we can add identification markings or product information if needed.
We strive to always use packaging materials from domestic suppliers and to minimize environmental impact by selecting recyclable and eco-friendly materials.

We will negotiate competitive transport rates for you. For larger projects and regular coating needs, we’re happy to arrange competitive bidding for the best routes and establish direct logistics lines throughout Finland.
Before shipping, we always carefully check the condition and durability of the packaging to ensure products arrive to your customers in perfect condition. Our facility is located along a busy logistics route, so we can usually dispatch pallets on the same day they are completed.
