Email Invoices

You can also send invoices in PDF format via email using the following instructions:

• Invoices should be sent as email attachments.
• One invoice per file, including all pages of that invoice.
• One email can include multiple invoices. Each file must have a unique name.
• Maximum size per email is 10 MB.
• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or later. Files must not be locked or password protected.
• The document size must not exceed 210 x 297 mm.
• Attachment names must contain only standard characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9.
